Catherine met her breast cancer diagnosis head-on in 2014 and has not looked back. In a quest to be a wise old woman someday, I have been embracing life’s challenges as a tool for growth. Whether it is divorce, death and suicide, job loss, starting over from scratch multiple times, and embracing cancer in my life, I have come to learn something a counselor once told me, “This will just make you stronger for the next life event.” is true. I see that next event as an opportunity. So can you!
